Timer feature is available for smart switches/plugs to schedule them to turn ON at a specified time daily, for a specified duration. AlsoTimer feature is available for scenes to trigger at a specified time daily.

Example 1: smart switch for a geyser can be configured to switch on at 6:00 AM daily for the duration of 1 hour.

Example 2: Morning scene can be configured to switch on at 6:00 AM daily.

Steps to configure timer for a smart switch/plug

a) Open the Qcenz app on your mobile, go to Control Device page for the switch/plug device, identify the switch/plug for which you want to configure timer and select its timer icon shown below

b) Configure the required trigger time and duration and press OK

c) After a timer is configured, the timer details will be shown for the switch in the Control Device page as below

Steps to clear timer for a smart switch/plug

a) Open the Qcenz app on your mobile, go to Control Device page for the switch/plug device, identify the switch/plug for which you want to clear the timer and select its timer icon shown below

b) Select the Clear Timer option shown below and press OK

Steps to configure timer for a scene

a) Open the Qcenz app on your mobile, go to Scene Config page for the scene, select its timer icon shown below

b) Configure the required trigger time and press OK

c) After a timer is configured, the time details will be shown for the scene in the Scene Config page as below

Steps to clear timer for a scene

a) Open the Qcenz app on your mobile, go to Scene Config page for the scene, and select its timer icon shown below

b) Select the Clear Timer option and press OK
